Karlee Wickler

Founder & CEO

Undergraduate from Washington State University in Human Development, Duel Masters in Early Childhood Education and Special Education from Bank Street College in NYC and a post graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Kaplan. 

Karlee entered into this field in 2005 and opened Wickler Behavioral Consulting in January 2013 to provide an ABA company that focuses on individualized care, family support and quality ABA. 

AmberRae Shotkoski

Clinical Supervisor & BCBA®

Master of Science with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chaminade University. She began working in the field in 2005, received her BCaBA® in 2008 and her BCBA® in 2013. AmberRae joined WBC in December 2016. 


AmberRae's philosophy of ABA is that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is her desire to create this type of atmosphere where children can meet their full potential.


Jason Gomes

Board Certified Behavior Analyst®

Masters in Education with an Emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University. Entered into the field in 2008. Initially became a BCBA® February 2016. Joined the team in August 2017. 


Jason strives to provide the highest level of customer service, quality of programming, staff development and training, and parent training.  He believes that it is crucial to have unwavering passion, a willingness to learn, and the joyful creativity needed to serve our population.  Jason absolutely loves how rewarding this field is, and looks forward to helping clients live quality and independent lives that they can be proud of.   

Laura Beaton

Board Certified Behavior Analyst®

Masters in Education from University of Washington. Began working in the field in 2006. Initially certified as a BCBA® in 2014. Joined WBC in July 2017. 


As an ABA provider, Laura is committed to respecting the values of her clients and their families. Interventions are tailored to the individual and continuously re-evaluated to ensure client/family needs, desires, thoughts, and feelings are honored and, then, that progress is maximized.  


Courtney Avery

Board Certified Behavior Analyst®

Masters in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Washington. Began working in the field in 2007. Certified as a BCBA® in 2018. Joined WBC in July 2017. 


Courtney provides behavior analytic services by utilizing the drives and motivations of the client to increase desired behaviors in the most positive manner and in a way that is tailored to the child, but fits within the demands of the family/context. Her goal for all her clients is that they grow up to become thriving, self-sufficient individuals within society.   

Skylar Radford

Board Certified Behavior Analyst®

Masters in Curriculum and Instruction (Applied Behavior Analysis) from Arizona State University. Began working in the field in 2016. Certified as a BCBA® in Fall 2020. Joined WBC in January 2017. 


Skylar is a passionate advocate for children with ASD and their families. She strives to provide the most effective and efficient treatment for each client by utilizing play based training that incorporates behavior analytic principles /procedures. Her goal is to help foster positive family relationships, give client's and their families a voice, and help them reach their full potential.
